Grand Tower

Project Details

The Grand Tower, located in Moscow’s Krasnopresnenskaya district, is a 62-floor skyscraper. The Grand Tower, which is to be built on an area of 400 thousand square meters, is part of the Moscow International Business Center Moscow City.

The Grand Tower will include both Class A offices and apartments, as well as conference halls, restaurants, boutiques, and a Spa center on the underground floors. The project will feature a total of 1,910 parking spaces above and below ground, which will be enormously convenient for business. The Grand Tower holds the title of the first skyscraper in Russia to be awarded the LEED “Gold” certificate for the entire building.
