Project Details

JK Ostrov is located just 35 minutes from Moscow’s city center, adjacent to the hidden world of the Moskva River and Moskvoretsky Natural Park. Striking panoramic views are visible from the windows, balconies, and terraces of the residences, known as the "Houses of the Future," from which the bridges over the river and the coastline can also be observed.

This environmentally friendly project consists of 5 blocks ranging from 5 to 21 stories, with 2 underground parking levels, and 650 hectares of park area.
